Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). It is usualy shipped within 5-6 business day depending on stock level.
WHERE CAN I SHIP MY ORDER?
Online orders can be shipped in Europe. We are masters of shipping abroad but our website doesn’t allow us to do such things. So if you need to order from outside Europe, contact us.
CAN I CHECK ORDER STATUS OR TRACK SHIPPING?
You can check your order status anytime after it’s placed. Tracking information will also be emailed to you when the order ships.
CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?
If we haven’t shipped it, we can change the shipping address. Please reply to your email confirmation or drop us a note directly to discuss.
